In other news, my mother is doing as well as can be expected. Her broken hip is essentially healed and her recovery from her heart attack has been surprising. She is able to walk some and to scoot around in her wheelchair "Flintstone fashion." Sadly, she remains lost in the world that Alzheimer's has created, with some days better and less scrambled than others. We take it one day at a time.

I hope all is well with you wherever you are, and that the coming of Spring is as uplifting to you as it is to me. There is great pleasure in the little things.
